STRING INSTRUMENT LEASE AGREEMENT

PURCHASE - Purchase a new instrument of similar quality and value and apply all fees for twenty-four months. 50% of all lease fees will apply after
twenty-four months. Lease instruments are NOT sold.
LEASE PAYMENTS WHICH ARE PAST DUE BY TEN (10) DAYS OR MORE SHALL NOT BE CREDITED TOWARD THE PURCHASE PRICE.

TERMS - The term of this lease shall be for a minimum of three months and then charged to your credit card, debit card or checking account ona month to month basis, automatically renewed each month until terminated by either party upon 7 days notice.

RETURN - To avoid a further monthly lease payment, customer must notify WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC, INC. of the termination of the lease andpermit them to take possession of the instrument prior to the expiration date.
In the event this instrument is not returned as required or is damaged beyond repair, undersigned agrees to pay a sum equal to 70% ofthe published list price of the instrument, regardless of the age or previous condition of the leased instrument. In all cases, the decisionof WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC shall be final.

DEFAULT - Upon default by customer, WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC, INC. shall be entitled immediately to recover possession of the instrument andcustomer shall pay WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC, INC. costs, including reasonable attorneys fees incurred in enforcing its rightshereunder.If the undersigned moves from the address shown, WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC will be advised promptly and shall have the option tocancel this agreement.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR PLAN

REPAIR

Damage to the instrument will be repaired at no additional cost. In the event of total destructionof the instrument or loss due to fire or theft, thelessee is responsible for 70% of the retail value.The lessor will accept this total, less the deductible portion of the lessee’s householdinsurance, as payment in full. The lessee mustpresent proof of insurance and report the theft tothe police within 24 hours.

MAINTENANCE

All adjustments* and repairs will be made tokeep the instrument in proper playing condition. Does not cover expendable materials.(coverage does not include restoration of finish and replacement of any expendable items)

1. reset or shorten bow hair
2. re-setting of bridge (replacement if needed),sound post, tail piece, nut, tailgut
3. regulate and correct slipping pegs
4. replace all broken strings and bow hair at50% of retail price - must presentinstrument
5. cracks and breakage of wood
6. glue open seams
