PURCHASE - At any time during the term of this lease, or at the termination, you may elect to buy a new or used instrument. If you purchase a student-level instrument of the same type as those available in the White House Of Music Lease To Learn Program, you will receive a 40% discount off the manufacturer list price. This discount may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or special sale prices. This leased instrument is not sold.
TERMS - The term of this lease shall be for a minimum of three months and then charged to your credit card, debit card or checking account on amonth to month basis, automatically renewed each month until terminated by either party upon 7 days notice.
Delinquency charge: 5% of any payment not received on or before the 10th day after its due date or $5.00,
whichever is less.
RETURN - To avoid a further monthly lease payment, customer must notify WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC, INC. of the termination of the lease and
permit them to take possession of the instrument prior to the expiration date.
In the event this instrument is not returned as required or is damaged beyond repair, undersigned agrees to pay a sum equal to 70% of
the published list price of the instrument, regardless of the age or previous condition of the leased instrument. In all cases, the decision
of WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC shall be final.
DEFAULT - Upon default by customer, WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC, INC. shall be entitled immediately to recover possession of the instrument and
customer shall pay WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC, INC. costs, including reasonable attorneys fees incurred in enforcing its rights
hereunder.
If the undersigned moves from the address shown, WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC will be advised promptly and shall have the option to
cancel this agreement.

By checking MONTHLY you elect to have your instrument fees automatically charged to your VISA or MASTERCARD on your monthly due date per the terms of your White House of Music contract. You do NOT have to send you personal credit card, security, or drivers license information over the web at this time.
A drivers license or social security number is required to secure a lease instrument. If you do not have a vaild drivers license you will be asked for a social security number via phone.

*MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR PLAN (click for details of coverage): This agreement does not require the Lessee to carry coverage of any kind. However,he understands that he is totally responsible for any losses or damage sthat may occur to the instrument. If the Lessee elects and pays the monthly service fee, WHITE HOUSE OF MUSIC agrees to maintain the instrument insatisfactory playing condition, repair any physical damage according to the termsof the M & R Plan.
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CONTRACT. BY CLICKING THE SUBMIT BUTTON CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF THIS STATEMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE INSTRUMENT FOR CUSTOMER'S USE AS OUTLINED ABOVE AND SHALL CONSTITUTE CUSTOMER'S ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
